Our facility includes state-of-the-art machines like precision CNC gear shaping, CNC hobbing, shaving and gear grinding machines as well as gear testers & induction hardening machines, including Surface Treatment and Heat Treating.

Surface Finish, Cylindricity and Run-out achieved as per drawing specifications.CNC Outer Diameter (OD) grinding for shafts dia 100 X 600 mm Long with Flagger and In-Process Gauging on Angular Wheel Head (AWH) Grinding with OD and Face in one set-up.

CNC Deep Hole Drilling

CNC Three Axis Deep Hole Drilling Machines for precision drive shafts that need multiple holes on the face. The machine can produce min dia 5mm to 25 mm at variable PCD, Length max 600 mm at Centre as well as PCD. CNC controls to interpolate X,Y and Z axes movements to achieve precise location and repeatability for holes

Fork Forging & Machining

Our total Hot forging capacity is around 700 tons per months which we achieve with 4 fully renovated and modernized forging lines includes CNC Bar Cutting, heating induction furnaces, forging Hammers, Trimming presses and Coning presses.We forge according to EN 10243-1 Class F standard, alloy and ferrous steel parts with maximum weight of 20 kg. For Gears around 350 mm Dia, and Face width of 100 mm. For Shafts 30 to 100mm dia and 600 mm Long.

Gear & Shaft Forging

High Precision and deep critical profile Fork, manufactured by closed die forging process. Precision Fork machining with Fourth Axis attachment on VMC in one set up Fully Finish Fork with MoS2 Coating and Induction Hardened as required.

Metrology And Metallurgy Lab

Quality is delivered through the close monitoring of all processes in line with ISO 9001:2015 & IATF – 16949 procedures utilising a full range of testing equipment and electronic instrumentation. A fully qualified Metallurgy Laboratory serves to maintain integrity in material selection and associated heat treatment processes. First Article Inspection Reports and Control Plans produce and supplement vital quality records. Customer-specific quality requirements are incorporated within our procedures together with specific customer standards. Key performance indicators are employed to maximise the contribution that individuals make to the success of the organisation. The resulting information is routinely analysed and used as the basis and measurement for any improvement actions.
